Family style cooking (vegan, of course) classes change every month, including desserts, appetizers, hot pot, Chinese cooking, Western cooking, beverages. Check the monthly schedule or Facebook for details.

Maximum 8 people per class. Some classes accept only 4 or 6 people. Check out the details and schedule on separate pages.

Options
$250 – 1 class, valid for 1 month
$200 – 4 classes, $800 total, valid for 2 months
$190 – 10 classes, $1,900 total, valid for 3 months
$180 – 30 classes + 1-on-1 private session with body composition analysis (worth $800), $5,800 total, valid for 6 months
$150 – 10 classes, $1,500 total, valid for 3 months (yoga special offer)

Cash or bank deposit only.

Meditation sessions are not related to any religions and based on “pay as you wish”. The proceeds will be donated to a non-profit organization and the beneficiary will change every 3 months. The first one will be Animals Asia, from March to June 2017; from June to September 2017, the donations will go to HelpMeSee; from September to December 2017, we chose an organization close to the heart of our vegan coach Angie – Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centre.

A minimum of 12-hour advance notice is required for canceling or rescheduling a lesson except for special circumstances.

To register for classes: (1) Decide for the type of option. (2) Purchase via bank transfer (HSBC 615-3-000267 Ho S. O.) or cash. (3) Create an account on studiobookings, message us the deposit slip via Whatsapp +852 6557 4517, our admin will add the purchased option to your account as credits. (4) Click “book” next to your favourite class.
