Private Sessions

1-on-1 personal training (1-1 PT) or private assisted stretching

You get the whole venue when you have 1-on-1 private lessons here. No distraction, no pressure. 1-on-1 private sessions are designed for people with specific fitness goals in mind, preference to exercise at their own schedule or special needs due to previous injuries. The exercise or assisted stretching session will be tailor made according to the individual, whether it is for fat burning, muscle building or body toning. Each program includes a fitness screening, body composition analysis and lifestyle coaching. The training will be different each time, depending on the needs and requirements during that time. Private assisted stretching is usually done on a bed or floor, perfect for those who have tight muscles and need deeper stretches. The trainer will use different types of active and passive stretching methods to help increase the range of motion, release tension in the body and adjust muscle imbalance.

1-on-2 private sessions are suitable for those who want to work out with a friend or partner with a customized program, Each program includes a fitness screening, body composition analysis and lifestyle coaching. The training will be different each time, depending on the needs and requirements during that time. You also get the whole venue when you have 1-on-2 private lessons here. Ayurvedic yoga massage

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage combines traditional Ayurvedic deep tissue massage from India with assisted yoga stretches. It is developed and taught by the experienced massage expert Ananta Sylvain Girard. The therapist will assist the client in body stretches specific to their physical conditions. It helps improve physical stiffness and chronic pains. Upon regular sessions with the therapist, a sense of openness and harmony will be gradually developed in the body and mind. Benefits include improved posture, flexibility, physical coordination and range of motion. It also enhances breathing capacity and blood circulation. A great stress reliever that soothes the body and mind.

Options

1-1 PT or private stretching:
$800 per hour
$750 per hour for 8 sessions. $6000 total

1-2 PT:
$500 per hour per person for 8 sessions. $4000 total
$450 per hour per person for 15 sessions. $6750 total

A minimum of 12-hour advance notice is required for canceling or rescheduling a lesson except for special circumstances.

Expiry dates for the 8-session package is 3 months, 15-session package 4 months and 30-lesson package 6 months.

空間,對學生和我們都十分重要。一對一的私人運動課,是真的一對一。包場。1對1私人訓練專為具有特定健身目標的女士,工作繁忙的上班族或因以前受傷而需要特殊安排的人士而設。 運動或伸展課程將根據個人度身定做,無論目標是燃燒脂肪,強化肌肉還是修身健美。 每項課程均包括健身檢查,身體成分分析和生活輔導。 每次的內容都會因應需要而設計和調整。 被動伸展通常會在按摩床或地板上進行,適合肌肉繃緊而需要改善身體活動幅度和只適宜微量運動的人。 教練將使用不同類型的主動和被動拉伸方法來幫助增加活動範圍,舒緩僵硬的肌肉並調整肌肉不平衡。

一對二私人訓練適合那些想與朋友或伴侶一起輕鬆運動或積極鍛鍊的人士。運動或伸展課程將根據個人度身定做,無論目標是燃燒脂肪,強化肌肉還是修身健美。 每項課程均包括健身檢查,身體成分分析和生活輔導。 每次的內容都會因應需要而設計和調整。空間,對學生和我們都十分重要。一對二的私人運動課,也是同樣地包場。

印式瑜伽按摩

印式瑜伽按摩融合傳統阿育吠陀深層組織按摩及被動式瑜伽伸展的技術,由資深按摩師Ananta Sylvain Girard傳授。按摩師會協助客人做伸展動作,有效改善身體僵硬及多種都市痛症,重覆療程能使身體及心靈打開並增強身、心、靈合一的感覺。這按摩能增加呼吸量,促進血液及其他體液循環,改善協調及方向感,舒緩肌肉緊張,伸展筋膜及舒緩關節僵硬,增加柔軟度及關節的活動範圍,調整身體結構及改善姿勢,刺激及調和氣 (prana) 於身體的流動。

如需請假,除了特別情況外,請預先12小時前通知。教練保留權利合理處理情況。

8堂限期是3個月,15堂4個月,30堂6個月。
