Private Sessions

1-on-1 personal training (1-1 PT) or private assisted stretching

You get the whole venue when you have 1-on-1 private lessons here. No distraction, no pressure. 1-on-1 private sessions are designed for people with specific fitness goals in mind, preference to exercise at their own schedule or special needs due to previous injuries. The exercise or assisted stretching session will be tailor made according to the individual, whether it is for fat burning, muscle building or body toning. Each program includes a fitness screening, body composition analysis and lifestyle coaching. The training will be different each time, depending on the needs and requirements during that time. Private assisted stretching is usually done on a bed or floor, perfect for those who have tight muscles and need deeper stretches. The trainer will use different types of active and passive stretching methods to help increase the range of motion, release tension in the body and adjust muscle imbalance.

Options

1-1 PT or private stretching (per hour):
1 session, $1,050, valid for 1 month
8 sessions. $7,200 total, valid for 3 months
15 sessions. $12,800 total, valid for 4 months
30 sessions. $24,000 total, valid for 6 months


1-on-2 personal training (1-2 PT)

1-on-2 private sessions are suitable for those who want to work out with a friend or partner with a customized program, Each program includes a fitness screening, body composition analysis and lifestyle coaching. The training will be different each time, depending on the needs and requirements during that time. You also get the whole venue when you have 1-on-2 private lessons here. No distraction, no pressure.

1-2 PT (per hour):
8 sessions. $4,000 total, valid for 3 months
15 sessions. $6,700 total, valid for 4 months
30 sessions. $12,000 total, valid for 6 months

A minimum of 12-hour advance notice is required for canceling or rescheduling a lesson except for special circumstances.

空間,對學生和我們都十分重要。一對一的私人運動課,是真的一對一。包場。1對1私人訓練專為具有特定健身目標的女士,工作繁忙的上班族或因以前受傷而需要特殊安排的人士而設。 運動或伸展課程將根據個人度身定做,無論目標是燃燒脂肪,強化肌肉還是修身健美。 每項課程均包括健身檢查,身體成分分析和生活輔導。 每次的內容都會因應需要而設計和調整。 被動伸展通常會在按摩床或地板上進行,適合肌肉繃緊而需要改善身體活動幅度和只適宜微量運動的人。 教練將使用不同類型的主動和被動拉伸方法來幫助增加活動範圍,舒緩僵硬的肌肉並調整肌肉不平衡。

1-對-2私人訓練(每小時):
8節,總數 $4,000,適用於3個月內
15節,總數 $6,700,適用於4個月內
30節,總數 $12,000,適用於6個月內

如需請假,除了特別情況外,請預先12小時前通知。教練保留權利合理處理情況。
