Thank you for joining the Macau trip! It’s a wellness journey including meditation, exercise, vegan food and girls’ time. It’s going to be a blast~!

Here are some information to get you ready:

Meeting Point: West Bridge, Departure Hall, 3/F, Shun Tak Centre, Sheung Wan

Meeting time: 8:30am. Ferry departs at 9:15am.

What to wear: Something comfortable. Sports or yoga wear is recommended.

What to bring: Reusable water bottle (there are free water dispensers around the hotel), small towel (during exercise), running shoes, dress (or something nice for dinner), swimming costume, hat, sun block, insect repellent, HKID or passport and most importantly, your smile and an open heart 🙂

What not to bring: Kindly not bring or consume any non-vegan food and drinks during this trip. It’s a good opportunity for everyone to try a completely vegan trip 🙂

Tentative itinerary:

5 August (Saturday) 

8:30am Meet at West Bridge,Departure Hall,  3/F Shun Tak Centre
9:15am Turbojet to Macau
10:15am Arrive at Macau Ferry Terminal
10:40 – 11:50am

12:00 – 1:15pm

i) Visit Macau Fisherman’s Wharf (8-min walk from terminal)

ii) Lunch at NAAM Thai Restaurant in Grand Lapa Macau  (6-min walk from Macau Fisherman’s Wharf)

1:30pm Shuttle bus to Grand Coloane Resort 
2:00 – 2:30pm Check-in / bag drop / walk around the hotel area
2:30 – 3:15pm

3:20 – 4:20pm

4:30pm

 Fun soccer (if venue is available)

4km run class with Angie P.

Swimming / free & easy

7:00pm

 

Depart Grand Coloane Resort to Hotel Lisboa. Portuguese dinner at  Guincho a Galera (See proposed dinner menu below)
9:30pm Back to Grand Coloane Resort

1:00pm Check-out
1:30 – 4:15pm Back to town for lunch and sightseeing
4:30pm Arrive at Macau Ferry Terminal
5:15pm Turbojet back to Hong Kong
