Depending on your fitness level and goals, the trainer will utilize different types of exercises, including but not limited to calisthenics, pilates, yoga, stretch, barefoot run (minimalist run), battle rope, barre, trampoline, fit ball, resistance bands, small weights, TRX, to build and improve strength, endurance, mobility, posture, flexibility, cardiovascular capability, fluidity, coordination and balance.

Activate
Entry-level workout using bodyweight and small tools to activate the core and different big muscle groups for overall health benefits. Suitable for beginners or people who haven’t worked out for a long time.

Build
Muscle building workout using more advanced moves and small tools such as battle rope and LE. Suitable for people at intermediate and advanced levels, as well as those who want a harder routine to improve endurance and strength.

Tone
The exercises to shape up and slim down with low-medium intensity total body workout toning the arms, legs, glutes and abs. Suitable for people who want to shed some extra pounds and work toward a fit physique.

Detox
Cardio workout using HIIT, trampoline, ropes etc. Suitable for people who want to sweat it out, lose weight healthily, increase blood circulation, boost cardiovascular health or improve sleep quality.

Flow
The workout series that involves music and some simple choreography such as Twist & Balance involving a balance board or Animal Flow. Suitable for people who want to improve fluidity, balance and coordination.

Relax
The calm and stretch series with soothing music, breathing exercises and gentle stretches using foam roller, back magic or yoga bolster etc. Suitable for people who want to quiet the mind, de-stress and improve flexibility.

使用HIIT,彈床,跳繩等工具進行有氧運動。適合想要流汗,健康減肥,增加血液循環,促進心血管健康或改善睡眠質素的人。

流動
配合音樂和一些簡單的編舞程序的運動,例如利用平衡板的扭扭板或動物流。適合想要改善流動性,平衡性和協調性的人。

減壓
利用舒緩的音樂,呼吸練習和不同的工具例如泡沫軸,脊椎放鬆器或瑜伽枕墊等進行拉伸運動。適用於喜歡放鬆,安靜,並提高柔韌性的人。
