Thank you for joining the Singapore trip! It’s a wellness journey including meditation, exercise, yoga, sightseeing and vegan food. It’s going to be a blast~!

Here are some information to get you ready:

Booking: We recommend the flights and hotels to book, then you pay for your own transport, accommodation, food, admission fees and whatever you want to buy. Positiv Wellness organizes the itinerary and be the tour leader 🙂 There’s no additional cost to this trip. Please bank deposit (HSBC 615-3-000267 Ho S. O.) $800 as the class fees for this trip by May 20, Sunday. We are taking the classes out of Positiv, and they are held at different places in Singapore :)))

Meeting Point: City hotel or restaurant depending on your flight schedule

Meeting time: Depends on your flight. We will sync our schedules later.

What to wear: Something comfortable. Sports or casual wear is recommended.

What to bring: Reusable water bottle,  small towel (during exercise), running shoes, dress (or something nice for dinner), swimming costume, hat, sun block, insect repellent, HKID or passport and most importantly, your smile and an open heart 🙂

What not to bring: Kindly not bring or consume any non-vegan food and drinks during this trip. It’s a good opportunity for everyone to try a completely vegan trip 🙂

June 29, Fri

15:00 Arrival in Singapore. Check in at hotel. Free & easy. Complimentary “Assisted Stretching” is available to those upon request. Please check with Angie and make bookings accordingly.

18:00 7-course set dinner at Joie Restaurant (budget: S$70 per person)

21:00 Stroll around Clarke Quay and casual drink/dessert at NomNom (close at 10pm)

June 30, Sat

08:00 “Full Body Stretch” class by Rachel & breakfast time

09:30 Sightseeing at Gardens By The Bay

12:30 Lunch at Real Food – South Beach

14:00 Free & easy or walk/run at The Southern Ridges

18:00 Local food hunting and dinner at Fortune Centre

20:00 “Bungee Workout” class (optional, at your own cost. Coordinating with the trainer to see if it’s possible) or complimentary “Personal Training” at our own hotel gym

21:30 Supper & ice cream at Brownice (close at 10:30pm)

July 1, Sun

08:00 Breakfast

09:00 Full day on Sentosa Island. Individuals are free to do what they prefer or we can move as a group  (spa at ESPA, Zipline, iFly, beach clubs, segway tour, Universal Studio etc.)

Depending on the weather, we will have a “Beach Hatha Yoga” class by Rachel.

July 2, Mon

08:00 Meditation & breakfast time

09:30 “Barreless Fitness” class by Angie or free & easy

11:00 Departure to airport
